DESCRIPTION We have an immediate need for a Procurement and Asset Manager. The main duties of this position include leading a team of technicians to fulfill hardware repair and new equipment requests, inventory purchasing and control, developing and maintaining vendor relationships, and asset management to include financial analysis and ad hoc reporting as requested. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in a procurement and asset management role. The candidate should also have strong data analytical skills using Excel and ticketing software.
The skills required for this job are but not limited to the following:
Lifting equipment up to 50 lbs
Solid knowledge using MS Office 365 products
Minimum 2 years experience in ServiceNow software
Solid understanding of imaging, configuring and repairing PC hardware
Minimum 2 years experience in hardware purchasing and inventory management.
Team leading experience with proven success
Willingness to work varying hours to fulfill customer requests
Adaptability to growing customer base and challenging deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
